Laila and Her Necklace

Laila wanted to purchase a diamond necklace from the time she was a student. she saved money for many years until she succeed to afford a diamond necklace. Till that time she was married and having a 5 years old daughter Sara.

When she bought the necklace a thief followed her to her home.

Thief started to spend time around her house to know the routine of Laila and her husband. After few days when thief was hiding himself behind a tree, heard Laila and her husband were talking about a dinner that night.

In the evening when Laila and her husband were leaving home with their daughter Sara , Thief confirmed that Laila was not wearing the diamond necklace. So the necklace was at home.

When Laila came back she became afraid to see the house. every closet was open, every thing from closets and suitcases was on floor. everything at home was telling that thief left no place without being searched.

Laila's husband  was not a rich man so there was not much money at home. she did not have much jewelry too except that diamond necklace.

While going for dinner she wanted to wear the necklace but her husband forbidden her to wear such precious jewelry on a casual dinner party. so she left the necklace just in drawer of her dressing table. That drawer was now at floor without anything inside.

It was a great shock for Laila, she started crying loudly. Her husband tried to console her but she was crying and crying. Sara was watching her from corridor. afraid of everything scattered at floor and her mom crying.

She approached to her mom and said," why are you crying mom"?
Laila said , "My diamond necklace is stolen. i cant purchase it again in my life".

Sara said," Don't worry mom, your necklace is safe."

Laila and her husband watched Sara with surprise. how it is possible. Drawer was empty and even if she left it anywhere else , thief left no place.

Sara said, "Mom i saw u putting your necklace in drawer. i thought its not a safe place as the necklace is very dear to you. so i changed its place."

Laila asked Happiness and Hope,"so where did you kept it?"

Sara said with innocence ,"In my school bag, and thief forgot to search it."

Queen of Hills

Once upon a time, in a small valley there lived a boy named Paras. He lived in a small mud house with his grand mother and a younger sister Sara. His parents were died when he was only three years old. Now his grand mother look after him and his sister.

Paras' uncle Joseph was a rude man. He used to give them some money every month which was not enough for them just because he was running the small shop of Paras' father. Joseph was very cruel to Paras. He always punish him without any reason. Paras disliked him in His heart but cant express the feelings as they were depending on little money Joseph gave them every month.

One day Paras was playing with his friends in the street when he heared uncle Joseph was calling him. Paras ran to home as he did not wanted to make Joseph angry and get punishment. When he entered home he saw that his uncle was happy. He came near and Joseph smiled to him."I have found a good work for you"Joseph said, "You are now an elder boy so you should earn something rather than playing in streets".

Paras grand mother said, "Paras is only ten years old, what work he can do?"

Uncle Joseph said,"If he can play outside all the day,he can work too..i have found work for him in another village"

Grand mother said,"how he can travel to other village everyday, cant you see he is too young"

Uncle Joseph smiled and said, "no need to travel everyday, he will live there and will come to meet after an year."
